Charming 2 BR/2BA cottage in Butler--great covered porches, big fenced yard

  • Sweet "old Butler" home has been thoughtfully remodeled but retains all its charm--9 foot ceilings, some original wood floors, 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths. Covered porches with sofa and rocking chairs and fenced yard--pet friendly (dogs only) Sunshades for porch areas. Sleeps 4 adults and has a very comfortable daybed with trundle for up to 2 kids. Easy parking, no winding roads. I mile from Cove Ridge Marina for boat rentals or bring your own--there is room for a vehicle with trailer to park and the closest public boat access is a half mile away, just behind Bay View campground. Home has Spectrum WIFI and 3 Smart TV's for your streaming needs. But there are plenty of outdoor activities year round, from fishing/boating/swimming on Watauga Lake to hiking trails and other great towns just a short drive away--Abingdon VA, Johnson City TN, Bristol, Elizabethton for shopping, dining and entertainment.
