The staffs of the hotel were not caring at all. The electricity of the room was cut off in the second night and they didn’t do anything to fix it. They promised us to send some one to fix it, but nobody came. We spent two nights in dark, and they even didn’t offer any other room. The otel is clean, but forget about every day cleaning as a room service. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Lovely hotel, rooms were lovely as were the staff. Location is absolutely perfect for Adalar, which is the perfect place to spend the night away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul

Good
It was good especially the breakfast was amazing. However, almost half of the lamps in the room did not work, the warm water was cut off several time in the bath. There was many noises during night from both outside and inside. But, the check in was so easy, and considering the price and location it is a good choice.

Clean comfortable hotel with a view.
The location of the hotel is great because it's close to the center but still far enough away from the noise. There are also many good budget restaurants nearby since the hotel is not exactly in the center. The man at the front desk was very polite and the breakfast area was right on the sea, which has a nice view of the city.

Its a family business hotel. Very clean, great service, nice view to the sea. They have a seafood restaurant with a discount provided for hotel guests and nice breakfast included. I highly recommend the hotel for singles of families. Good location and high service quality.!

A skeptic no more. Fantastic getaway hotel !!!
Fantastic! To be honest, I was a little nervous as we've had some unpleasant experiences at boutique hotels in Turkey in the past, but this was the perfect little getaway for my wife and me. My biggest worry was that it would be noisy since it is next to the harbor but the windows were soundproofed very well. I recommend spending a little extra to get the deluxe suite with the balcony. It's relaxing to sit out on the balcony with a good book. The internet was okay to send and receive emails, but if you plan to streamline a movie or anything on Amazon Prime or Netflix, it's probably not going to work. My hunch is that this is probably the case everywhere on the island. Other reviews mentioned that the breakfast was disappointing, but we found it to be quite good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for another retreat or getaway.

Very clean, very comfortable rooms, both heating and air-conditioner works well, polite and friendly staff. Good location. Good amenities. Every detail was made to make us feel comfy and especially loved welcoming messages and candies in the room.

Harika bir Büyükada oteli
Oteli hafta sonu kaçamağı için bir gece konaklayarak tercih ettik.Standart odada kaldık,küçük ama ışık alan ve tertemiz bir odamız vardı.Sanıyorum otelin sahibi beyefendi çok güleryüzlüydü ve hizmetten yana sıkıntımız olmadı.Odadaki klima gayet yeterliydi.Sadece kıyafet için askı sayısı arttırılabilir,onun haricinde fiyat performans olarak oldukça beğendik.Konum olarak ise gerçekten harika,market,restoran tam karşısında var.İskeleye 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde,oldukça rahat ettik.Kahvaltısı otelin önündeki harici bir restaurantta servis ediliyor. Servis edilen ürünleri kalite olarak pek beğenmedik ancak idare eder. 🙏

Erdinç Bey'e ilgi ve alakasından dolayı teşekkür ederim. Ne rica ettiysek kırmadı, yardımcı oldu. Konum olarak çok iyi bir noktada, fiyat/performans oteli. 10 numaralı stüdyo dairede kaldık. Odadaki klima, tv sorunsuzdu. Havlular, çarşaflar, banyo ve oda temizdi. Sadece bir puan kırabilirdim. Balkondaki mermerin onarılması, kırık sandalyelerin değişmesi ve yatak başı lambaların çalıştırılması odanın değerine çok şey katacaktır. Tekrar gitsem tekrar kalacağım oteldir.
