Buyukeceli Holidays

Yes

I highly recommend this hotel for families with children. The reaction of the kids were amazing to see when we walked into our room. If you can manage to get a swim-up family room you don’t need to worry about the rest of the holiday. The food was amazing and plenty of choice, the service was top quality. The bars, the restaurants the food courts all were very well staffed with professionals. We absolutely loved the this place and already planning a trip for next year!!!

The hotel is mainly focused on foreign customers, staff members give priority to them. Generally staff members are kind but one of the staff members in patisserie section acted very rude, it shadowed our holiday experience and made us feel bad. Pool is so crowded we couldn’t spend so much time on pool. Customers leave their towels early in the morning and it s really hard to find a place to sit in the afternoon. I think in our room there was an error with the Air conditioner because when we open the door it starts working and when we close the door it closes, it should be the opposite. Cocktails are nice but the meals could be better. Eventhough there were food selections most of them was not satisfying. I would not rather stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was extremely clean, well laid out and had good amenities. The staff, throughout the complex, were excellent and genuinely enhanced the experience. The landscaping is beautiful (thoughtfully and tastefully done), overall it is a very relaxing and pleasant place to stay. The hotel is located approx 25-30 mins walk from the centre of Side and another 20 mins to the ruins along a lovely, flat and well maintained promenade.
