"Janet and Chris were very welcoming and the property was clean, nice decor and well furnished, an ideal size for a couple or even with a child. It was a great base to explore a part of France that we were unfamiliar with and our dog was well catered for with nice walks in the area and also from the cottage."

"Fijn verblijf. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw en heer. Prachtig gelegen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie fietstochten (E-MTB) door bossen, agrarisch gebied, dorpjes en de stad Loches. Het was koud (eind april). Het huisje ligt op het oosten en pakt weinig zon. Verwarming is OK, jammer dat de haard niet gebruikt mocht worden. Verder is het huisje goed uitgerust."

"Comme nous l’espérions , cadre idyllique au milieu des étangs, la maison est grande avec 1 très spacieuse pièce de vie . Le gérant est très arrangeant au niveau des horaires d’arrivée et de départ MAIS…… la maison est vétuste, tout ou presque est à refaire , le ménage est plus que moyen. Les extérieurs qui devraient être agréables ne sont pas entretenus, les salons de jardin en plastique blanc à l’origine, sont empilés les uns sur les autres, totalement sales, les terrasses en bord d’étang sont...

"This is truely a splendid location to enjoy the Brenne's amazing rich nature: red deer, wild boar, red fox, a great number of bird species. They can all be seen around the house and in the etang and forest in the 'backgarden' of the beautiful house."
