    Leisure area with adult and child pool, 2 grills, soccer field, playground.

    * CAPACITY OF HOSTS:
    Condo rules limit a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. Total of 12 people.

    * CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT SCHEDULES:

    Cleaner cleans the apartment from 10am to 2pm, in case of same day check-in and check-out.

    Apartment with great ventilation and very cool with the breeze that comes from the street channel in front. It has 3 ceiling fans that serve very well (even in summer).
