Espectacular la casa y la ubicación. Lejos del centro pero de acceso rápido en Uber. Los caseros fueron muy amables y dispuestos. La posibilidad de contratar a la cocinera (que además nos planificó las comidas e hizo las compras) hizo que la estadía fuera realmente disfrutable.

excelente localização e estrutura

a casa eh muito boa e a localização na frente da praia eh ótima. os caseiros foram super eficientes e prestativos limpando a casa todo dia de manhã e ajudando na cozinha. Ótimo trabalho deles!!! na praia em frente a casa tem uma barraca com bebidas (caipirinhas) e eles também foram ótimos (traziam caipirinhas para nós quando pedíamos e até ajudavam acomodar as pessoas na praia com cadeiras e barracas de graça. a casa precisa de uma renovação principalmente das portas de vidro que algumas são difíceis de fechar os trincos e a geladeira que estava com a porta quebrada. nada que tenha afetado significativamente nossa estadia. certamente voltaríamos a ficar lá!

Maravilhosas férias em familia

A localizaçao e manutençao do imòvel é perfeita, de frente para a praia e com a construçao e decoraçao da casa em perfeita harmonia com o estilo buziano. O amplo gramado, a vista mar e a sombra da amendoeira permitem um visao cinematografica da praia da Ferradura. A atençao do caseiro, da arrumadeira e da cozinheira (contratada aa parte), permitiram uma excelente estadia, muito bem cuidada, sem sobressaltos e com todas as compras feitas. Perfeito para familias em todas as suas configuraçoes, incluindo animais de estimaçao.

Passamos um feriado maravilhoso em família! A casa é ótima, muito ampla e confortável. Nem da vontade de sair de casa... A praia na frente é uma delícia e os restaurantes que ficam logo ao lado servem drinks, aperitivos e refeições lá dentro de casa, se você pedir. Os caseiros são muito discretos e ao mesmo tempo atenciosos. Não qualquer tipo de reclamação! Espero voltar em breve.

Estivemos na casa em janeiro de 2017, num grupo de 4 familias. A casa é otima, espaçosa e muito charmosa, com uma localizaçao simplesmente espectacular, totalmente pe na areia. De quase toda a casa pode-se desfrutar da vista para o mar, principalmente pela arquitetura do lugar, que privilegia as janelas e portas envidraçadas. O jardim da casa é perfeito para as crianças correrem e brincarem. Todas as facilidades da casa funcionaram perfeitamente. Destaque especial para a funcionaria Meire, sempre solicita, desdobrando-se para nos atender em todos detalhes (alem de preparar otimos pratos da culinaria local!). Nada a reclamar. Pretendemos voltar.

CASA MARAVILLOSA

La casa es MARAVILLOSA, fuimos 9 personas y fue un placer estar en la casa. Tiene una hermosa vista, excelente ubicación, muy amplia y cómoda. Erivan y Meires encantadores, atentos a nuestras necesidades y siempre con una sonrisa. La casa es como se ve en las fotos, una maravilla.Muy limpia y bien equipada La playa de ferradura es muy linda. No nos falto nada, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Disfrutamos de hermosos atardeceres en el parque. Su propietario Francesco excelente, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, por el contrario muy atento. Volveremos y la recomendamos para familias y grupos de amigos. A Francesco, Meires y Erivan MUCHAS GRACIAS !!!!!!!!!

Beautiful home for our vacation

After spending 3 months trying to find the perfect vacation home for my family, we were thrilled to have contacted Veronique - an owner who not only posted accurate photos and descriptions, but was very involved in ensuring we had all the information we needed (and even checked in on us after our arrival!). Because we were traveling from the US, and there were 9 of us, we had lots of questions! The house was just as beautiful as the photos. It was much larger than we thought it would be. Incredibly clean and very comfortable. You could tell this was not just a rental, but a home where the owner spends her free time as well. The "caseiros" (the couple who runs the house) live in a portion of the house in the back. In addition to keeping the house very well maintained (housekeeping, gardening, etc.) they cooked incredible meals, did our grocery shopping, took us to town when needed, and were available 24/7 if we needed them. They provide incredible service, while ensuring your privacy. I was the only portugues speaking person in the house, but they were able to communicate well with the rest of the family. The area, Ferradura, is by far the most beautiful and luxurious in Buzios. This house is perfectly situated because we were able to go out to the beach when we wanted where there are all kinds of rentals (Kayaks, boats, paddle boards, etc.). We probably spent most of our time in the pool and relaxing in the hammocks. At night we enjoyed delicious dinners overlooking the beach cooked by the staff. We often took at 5 minute cab into Rua das Pedras for dinner, shopping and nightlife as well. I wish we had stayed longer than a week. We hope to return one day. It was perfect for family, but next time we hope to bring our friends for a whole new experience.
