Rent cozy cottage spring consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen. American, 3 bathrooms, big shower and ample space with private gourmet barbecue and spa pool in the house. There is free WI-FI INTERNET.
The house is furnished, having air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms and TV; There Speaker, two frost-free refrigerators, two stoves, microwave oven, multiprocessor, mixer, water purifier, coffee maker, blender, electric iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrella etc. . There is a washing machine.

Fomos super vem recepcionados pelo corretor . A casa é ótima e acomodou super bem as 11 pessoas. Camas confortáveis, banheiros de bom tamanho e uma área gourmet maravilhosa que nos dava a oportunidade de reunir em todas as refeições. A casa é um charme, bem decorada e o condomínio também nos atendeu super bem!! Funcionários educados e prestativos! Foram dias fantásticos!!!

A casa é simplesmente o que está nas fotos. A Adricia e o Vavá são pessoas raras. Atendimento impecável. Condomínio familiar, ótima estrutura, próximo a praticamente todas as praias. Com toda certeza voltarei em breve.

Boa casa, bom condomínio!

Casa boa, limpa e bem equipada em ótimo condomínio! Só atravessar a via que está na praia! Estamos acostumados a ficar em outras casas com um processo de check in mais rápido, então para a nossa experiência foi um pouco cansativo, mas nada fora do normal! A conta de luz deu o dobro que a proprietária falou q daria (uma média aproximada), mesmo não usando nada fora do normal, mas tudo tranquilo em relação a isso! Único problema foi que chegamos em 8 pessoas na casa e só tinha meio rolo de papel higiênico em um dos banheiros pq eles dizem que é padrão deixar só um pouco para a chegada, isso nos incomodou pq tivemos que sair para comprar na hora da chegada! Estamos acostumados a casas que sempre deixam alguns rolos então n estávamos preparados, por isso deveriam avisar antes!! Mas, no geral, tudo ok!!

A casa é como nas fotos. Linda, limpa e muito aconchegante. Todos os quartos têm ar condicionado que funcionam perfeitamente bem. A Jacuzzi é ótima para momentos de distração, principalmente para quem tem crianças pequenas... A casa é bem equipada, não nos faltou nenhum utensílio. Fizemos churrasco, pizza, enfim, tudo normalmente. Tem padaria, supermercado, farmácia, tudo bem perto do condomínio. A proprietária sempre muito simpática e atenciosa. Enfim, nossa estadia foi perfeita.

Passei o final de semnaa com minha família, e foi excelente, fomos muito bem recepcionados, a proprietária esteve sempre em contato. Precisamos de uma ajuda e ela prontamente nos atendeu com toda atenção e carinho. A casa é super limpa e organizada.. uma delícia a área gourmet, aproveitamos bastante. Tinha tudo que precisávamos. O condomínio também é uma delícia, passeamos por ele com as bicicletas, aproveitamos a piscina também!! Tudo lindo! Esperamos voltar mais vezes com toda certeza! Estão de parabéns! Obrigada

Adorável!

A casa da Adrícia é adorável. Linda e aconchegante. Possui tudo que se precisa para uma estadia curta ou longa. O spa ao sol e a área gourmet foram nossos lugares preferidos. Ar e TV em todos os quartos, em um condomínio ótimo! Além da casa ser ótima, Adrícia e Vavá (corretor) são extremamente atenciosos, cuidadosos e preocupados com os hóspedes desde o momento de contratar a hospedagem até nossa saída. Tivemos um probleminha mecânico com nosso carro e Adricia e Vavá nos ajudaram muito! Enfim, não há motivos para não visitar a Casa da Adrícia! ;)

Estadia fantástica.

Casa muito bem decorada, limpa, toda montada. Proprietária gente finíssima. Condomínio com ótima estrutura e seguro. Já nos hospedamos duas vezes. E voltaremos ainda por diversas vezes. Me sinto em casa. Duas bicicletas são as cerejas do bolo.

Ótima estadia

A estadia foi ótima, tudo bem arrumadinho, limpo, os aparelhos funcionando de acordo, apenas o aquecimento da hidro que não funcionou, o que não impediu de a utilizar. Como foi uma pequena temporada, não sentimos falta de alguma coisa significante, eu não sei se o pessoal procurou, mas senti falta de uma colher de cozinha, no mais, tudo ótimo. O Vavá foi muito atencioso, nos atendeu perfeitamente, muito solícito e nos tratou com muita gentileza. Sobre o condomínio, não tivemos tempo para usufruir da área de lazer mas, o pessoal da portaria foi dez, excelente. Espero voltar para uma temporada maior.

Ótima casa, linda e super equipada com tudo o que precisamos, exatamente como nas fotos. O espaço gourmet e a hidro são maravilhosos também. Camas confortáveis e chuveiro com água quente funcionando perfeitamente. Tem 2 bicicletas na casa que meus filhos amaram andar por lá. Condomínio super bem cuidado e muito agradável, a piscina é ótima. A proprietária Adrícia muito simpática e atenciosa permitiu que levasse meus dois cachorrinhos e o corretor Vavá foi muito solícito e prestativo. Ficamos 10 dias e foi tudo perfeito. Recomendo a todos!

Muy lindas vacaciones

Estuvimos con mi familia en casa de Adricia, 14 noches casa muy linda y comoda, condominio muy limpio seguro sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. La persona que nos recibió el señor Martins muy atenta y cordial, nos asesoró como manejarnos en Búzios. La línea aérea Latam nos perdió las valijas, Adricia nos ayudó se comunicó con Latam y se encargó que las valijas llegaran hasta la puerta de la casa, pasamos unas vacaciones muy lindas, vamos a volver 2018 Muchas Gracias Saludos desde Bariloche

Casa fantástica

A casa é perfeita, caprichosamente decorada e com todos os utensílios necessários. O espaço gourmet é um capítulo a parte, passamos a maior parte do nosso tempo reunidos ali. Nosso grupo tinha idosos, jovens, adultos e criança e todos se sentiram a vontade. As instalações do condomínio são maravilhosas. A Adricia desde o início esclareceu todas as dúvidas, o corretor Vavá nos auxiliou desde a viagem até a chegada a casa, inclusive nos deu um roteiro de praias, restaurantes e principais pontos de Búzios. Foi tudo perfeito! Já fazemos planos de retornar e tenho recomendado aos amigos.

CASA SUPER ACONCHEGANTE , LIMPA E AREJADA

Amamos nossa estadia na casa. Nos sentimos em casa. Casa muito aconchegante e equipada com tudo que precisamos. Corretor muito atencioso. O condomínio tranquilo, as crianças adoraram. Excelente área de churrasco nos fundos da casa com tudo, não saímos de lá. rs. Super Recomendo!!!
