Would recommend to anyone and everyone I know. This hotel is amazing. From the atmosphere, to the customer service to the food, everything was exceptional. Stayed with my family which consisted of a 4 year old, and an elderly aunt, and it was nice and convenient for everyone. I wish we had taken more advantage of the kids programming,

The hotel staff was amazing! We had our little maltese with us and felt at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and the pools were as promised on the pictures. It is a little remote from night life but ubers were quick.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the team who works at this hotel. Our stay here was fantastic. The meals and drinks served at the hotel were of high quality: the buffet has a wide range of offerings to please absolutely everyone, including a section just for kids. All juices / drinks are freshly made. The kids club runs from 10am to 9pm and my kids wanted to spend every minute of their time with the other kids and the fun team of young ladies who organize different activities throughout the day, including meals and snacks time. The Ferradura beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and you can cut thru the property for easy access. Multiple pools throughout the beautiful property. Everybody who works at this hotel is at your service, to provide the highest quality and level of satisfaction. And most importantly they all do it with a smile and genuine concern for the guests having a good time. Thank you Ferradura Resort, we can’t wait to go back!

Ótimo atendimento, mas não chega a ser resort.

Seguem minhas considerações sobre o Ferradura. Já estive em outros hotéis e, para mim, ele é grande, mas não chega a ter estrutura de resort. Pontos positivos: a comida é muito saborosa e os funcionários (garçons, piscineiros, salva-vidas, limpeza) são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O serviço de limpeza me surpreendeu positivamente: mesmo sem sinalizar, encontrei o quarto organizado após ter saído com pressa. Estrutura: o hotel é dividido por uma rua. Na Ala 1 ficam recepção, brinquedoteca, algumas piscinas e quartos acessíveis apenas por escada. Na Ala 2, restaurante, academia, sauna, piscinas principais e acesso rápido à praia. Inicialmente fiquei na Ala 1, em um quarto de três lances de escada, o que dificultou com criança de colo. Após a mudança para a Ala 2, a estadia ficou muito mais agradável. Sugestões de melhoria: disponibilizar ferro e tábua nos quartos; movimentar mais a área da piscina com serviço ativo de bar; melhorar manutenção (chuveiro ruim na Ala 1, frigobar interferindo na TV na Ala 2); oferecer atrações noturnas para adultos; evitar falhas como a do bolo de aniversário, que não foi entregue no jantar conforme esperado. Além disso, a piscina principal ficou fechada dois dias, e na aquecida não havia funcionário do bar por perto. Conclusão: ótima comida e equipe educada, mas pelo valor, o hotel ainda precisa melhorar alguns pontos. A experiência foi boa, mas não marcante, é aquele famoso “tá visto”.

Custo benefício ruim, o hotel tem 2 partes, então as crianças precisam atravessar a rua para seguir a recreação.. não tem serviço de praia, café da manhã com atendimento mediano, qualidade da comida ruim.. instalações boas, cama boa, piscina pouco aquecida.. no geral não vale o preço que cobra, atendimento nada exclusivo.

O hotel é dividido ao meio por uma rua. De um lado, fica a recepção, brinquedoteca, piscinas e alguns quartos acessíveis por escada. Do outro lado, ficam outros quartos, o restaurante, academia, sauna, uma piscina grande e uma trilha de acesso à praia.

Já nos hospedamos algumas vezes no Ferradura Resort e no Ferradura Private, e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos e tivemos uma estadia muito boa, mas dessa vez foi muito diferente. Infelizmente nos colocaram em um quarto com uma localização muito ruim, ao lado da piscina e embaixo de um salão de jogos, o resultado é que tínhamos muito barulho e zero privacidade para usar a varanda. Além disso, era uma viagem para comemorar aniversário, havia sido dito pelo setor de reservas que um bolo surpresa seria enviado para o quarto, foi combinado dia e horário, mas não foi enviado, minha esposa teve que ir na recepção para saber o que tinha acontecido. No fim enviaram um bolo diferente do sabor escolhido ( foi oferecido três opções na reserva) então não deu muito certo a surpresa, porque o aniversariante mesmo nem comeu o bolo, porque não gostava do sabor oferecido. Enfim, dessa vez a estadia foi só razoável, e pelos valores do hotel, acho que poderiam oferecer um pouco mais.
