Confortável e bem localizado

Fomos passar um tempo trabalhando e passeando em Búzios. A casa nos serviu perfeitamente para trabalhar, muito confortável e contava com todos os itens necessários para podermos ficar sem preocupação. Além disso é muito bem localizada, 10m a pé das praias da Ferradurinha e Geribá e 10m de carro da Rua das Pedras. A proprietária foi muito simpática e nos recebeu com muita atenção.

É uma ótima casa, simples, porém confortável e oferece tudo o que é necessário. A cozinha conta com muitos utensílios. Realmente corresponde às imagens. A localização é muito boa, porém não corresponde à indicada no mapa do anúncio. É um pouco mais distante. Um ponto negativo é que existe uma ladeira muito íngreme pra acessar a casa, se você não estiver de carro é bem cansativo. Mas fica a poucos minutos a pé da praia de Geribá. A proprietária foi bastante solícita sempre que precisávamos.

A casa é excelente e está em ótimo estado de conservação. Realmente corresponde com as fotos. A localização da casa é excelente, cerca de 10 minutos a pé da praia de Geribá e Ferradurinha, porém não corresponde com a distância descrita no anúncio (300 e 400 metros). A proprietária é bastante atenciosa e preocupada com seus hóspedes. A cozinha é bastante completa e possui todos os utensílios necessários. Com toda certeza indico e voltaria a me hospedar nessa casa.
