Otima casa

Casa estilo buziana, integração perfeita de ambientes, piscina com churrasqueira , pena que choveu todo final de semana, mesmo assim a família gostou muito, alguns probleminhas normais, mas nada que atrapalha-se o passeio, Fui muito bem atendido, obrigado a D Maria e ao Márcio , certamente voltaremos!!!

Excelente casa, ótima para unir a família, a alguns passos da praia de Geribá e da linda praia da Ferradurinha. Piscina deliciosa, estacionamento privativo e bem grande, o que é uma grande vantagem frente ao alto custo dos estacionamentos de Búzios. A proprietária e o seu ajudante são pessoas ótimas e sempre disponíveis para qualquer dúvida. Valeu cada minuto na casa. Obrigada

Conforto, Segurança e Comodidade

Estive hospedado na casa com duas famílias (total de 10 pessoas) e tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. O sol de Búzios ajudou bastante, mas a localidade e o conforto da casa, aliados à atenção dos proprietários, contribuiu muito mais! Peguei o carro somente para saídas eventuais, porque a proximidade das praias e a estrutura da casa são suficientes para curtir os dias de lazer. Voltarei com certeza! Leonardo

Maria Antonieta mto obrigado. Passamos dias maravilhosos. Foi inesquecível. A casa é bem decorada e aconchegante. Sendo mto próxima as lindas praias de Geribá e Ferradurinha. Sendo muito segura e com uma boa vizinhança. A segurança na região é bastante tranquila. A proprietária é de uma educação e refinamento impar. O caseiro Marcio Maia é mto solícito. Tudo no imóvel funciona perfeitamente. Voltaremos com certeza!

Casa agradável e muito bem localizada

Passamos quatro dias maravilhosos em família. A casa é extremamente agradável e aconchegante. Nossas bebês gêmeas de seis meses ficaram encantadas com o jardim, brincaram na grama e tiraram ótimas sonecas embaladas na rede. Curtimos a piscina, fizemos churrasco e comemos todos os dias na imensa mesa de madeira situada na área externa, sentindo a brisa do mar. Outra grande vantagem é a proximidade da praia. A casa fica a apenas alguns metros do canto esquerdo de Geribá (a melhor parte para crianças, pois as águas são mais calmas) e da Ferradurinha. Agradeço à proprietária, Antonieta, sempre muito gentil. Foram dias incríveis. Certamente vamos voltar!

Maria Antonieta. Estamos com saudades de Buzios, especialmente da sua casa! Saímos para relaxar e aproveitar a semana e ... ... nos deparamos com pessoas que realmente são D+. Ja nao é a primeira vez que alugo sua casa, ja passei meu aniversario, férias e feriado. dias simplesmente inesquecível. Isso pela sua casa, e que casa !!. Não só confortável e deliciosa, mas com um lugar que reflete bem o comportamento da sua dona, que é muito atenciosa, educada, gentil, e que me indicou pessoas maravilhosas para cuidar da minha familia enquanto estive na casa. Confesso que a praia fica a menos de 20 passos, mas eu nunca saio de dentro de casa, aproveito cada cantinho... A Casa é sem duvida um achado, uma casa extremamente confortável, cheia de harmonia e abençoada. A casa nos trás calma e positividade, pois não há como não se sentir bem numa casa tão caprichada e com uma energia tão boa. Todos que alugam suas casas, por temporada ou não, deveriam alem de visualizar a parte financeira, tambem se preocupar com o bem estar dos seus inquilinos.
