Melhorar
Gostei muito do hotel, mas o vaso sanitário entupiu numa noite, como não dava para desentupir durante a noite, fiquei sem utilizar o vaso até o outro dia. O controle da televisão estava com defeito, porém os funcionários tiveram prontidão em resolver o problema, porém penso que quero conforto e descanso .

Muito bom. Só precisa de algumas melhorias.
Pontos positivos: localização, hotel novo com apenas 3 anos, ou seja, tudo é novo, restaurante e café da manhã muito bom, 2 elevadores, piscina boa, uma atendente (mulher) hiper simpática que deu até dicas de praia pra gente. - Pontos negativos: a) 2 interfones no quarto e nenhum funcionava. b) O horário do checkin era 15h00, porém chegamos às 11h00. Pedimos para guardar as malas no maleiro, saímos para almoçar e dar uma volta até dar a hora do checkin. Retornamos. Às 15h00, o recepcionista disse que o nosso quarto não estava pronto. E só foi liberado às 16h00. Descobri no dia seguinte que o quarto estava liberado desde de manhã. O que pode ter acontecido foi uma falta de comunicação. Nesses casos, se eu fosse o recepcionista entraria em contato com a camareira logo que chegamos para pedir para a camareira adiantar a limpeza/liberação do quarto no horario do checkin já que chegamos um pouco antes e não ter que ficar aguardando. Não queria entrar antes, mas no horário. No dia seguinte descobrimos que já estava limpo desde cedo. c) O estacionamento é grande, mas os carros ficam um na frente do outro e por isso as chaves tem que ser deixadas na recepção. Ocorre que vi um caso de hóspede que não deixou a chave e quem estava atrás não podia sair, ou seja, se tivesse manobrista isso não aconteceria já que as chaves ficariam com ele e o hóspede não precisaria ir até a recepção levar as chaves.

Achei que o café da manhã tem deixado muito a desejar. O reaproveitamento do que sobra do chá da tarde tem sido nítido. Os bolos do café da manhã, por exemplo, são todos os bolos do chá da tarde. Não havia um bolo no estilo café da manhã. Todos os bolos eram no padrão confeitaria, cheios de recheios e coberturas e sempre já mexidos, ainda que você chegasse na abertura do café. O pão de queijo estava igual a uma pedra. E é preciso adivinhar o que você vai comer, já que nada tem plaquinha com o nome da comida ou do suco. Outra coisa que me chamou a atenção, diferente das outras vezes em que me hospedei, foi a limpeza dos banheiros de uso comum: sem limpeza constante. Já as acomodações são excelentes e o atendimento da recepção é EXCEPCIONAL.
