Loved villa d’este - cute property. Great rooms. Location and views unbeatable! Staff was super friendly. Everyone spoke English and Spanish. There is a great sauna and jacuzzi as well as a small pool. Breastfast was delicious with so many options.

Perfection at every little detail. The staff is very helpful, extremely friendly, and spot on! Always going out of their way to make us happy! The rooms are super comfortable, modern and well designed. Heated pool with an stunning view to the beach. The restaurant is one of the best in Buzios. All the guys at the restaurant were Amazing but Frede and Javier made our stay memorable!! We will definetly come back !!

We had an Ant line tracking behind our bathroom sink. We reported it, but it never went away. The staff here are great, location is fantastic, and it appears this is one of the premier hotels in Buzios

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. All of the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Our room did not have any view which was a shame, but I think that was all that was available when we booked. We had a bath on the small terrace, but we did not use it and it seemed a bit pointless placed where it was. One complaint about the room was not enough places to store things. The food in the restaurant was excellent, except on Christmas Eve when we paid a lot of money (£140 per person) for a very poor meal. Other diners that we spoke to agreed. But that was a one off! We ate there 2 other times and were very happy, but the wine choices were poor and expensive.

This was an incredible property. I found it unique and totally a vibe. My vibe. It was classy and elegant while holding an earthy feelings. Lots of plants and natural light. The property was very clean, room was clean and well organized. I felt like it was worth every dollar. Truly a first class experience. Everyone was very professional, helpful and genuinely kind. I bounced around hotels while I stayed in Búzios and this was by far my favourite. Filipe at the front desk was a gentleman. I came while he was helping other people. He asked them to wait a moment. Excused himself and told me I could sit in the hotel while I waited. Was like a nice comfortable living room. He assured me he would assist me soon. When he did come he took me for a complimentary drink and then showed me around. Excellent service. I can’t say enough. Waiting uncontrollably is the worst and he made sure I didn’t feel this at all. 10 out or 10 recommend!

Pros: Comfortable room, easy access to Bardot boardwalk, welcome drink at the pool was very good, and the pool is beautiful. Cons: No parking available on the property and no support is provided by the hotel on how/where to park. We parked on the street and got a ticket that was charged by hour rather than by day. We mistakenly thought that the coffee in the room was complimentary (as it typically is) but were charged at check-out. My partner had a meeting at checkout time and asked if we could stay 30 minutes extra so he could take the meeting in our hotel room but his request was refused.
