"This little hidden gem is scenic, relaxing, and friendly. It gives visitors a true "old fashion Cape Cod" feeling and we have visited this inn several times...and plan to go back, again. Steve and Helen, the owners, are delightful people, who have provided a safe, clean, and cheerful setting for travelers. Many thanks for making our little get-a-ways so wonderful."

"This is a no frills little motel, but it’s very well located, the innkeeper Raj is lovely, and my room was spotless. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me at a place like this, and my room was immaculately clean. Highly recommend to anyone who just needs a basic place to lay your head for a good night’s sleep. Oh - also - the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!"

"Everything was excellent! We forgot a pair of glasses that my husband needs to see with and we hadn’t realized it. The receptionist kept calling and calling until he was able to get in contact with us. Thank you so much for that!"

"This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good.
I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please give generously or one day there won't be people to serve your breakfast or make your bed or say welcome to Cape cod. God bless every person who makes this hotel a special place."
"Clean room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Walking distance to public beach and fantastic restaurant. The only issue was the shower took 5-6 minutes to get warmed up. We only stayed 2 nights, so not a big deal."
"Staff were exceptional , pleasant and smiling . They were so helpful and greeted you with a smile. Excellent location.. The hotel was sparking clean, with good sized rooms, easy parking and so close to downtown shopping. They focused on the small details and went the extra mile to make the stay special. Rates were very reasonable, especially for a family.I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone that asked."
"The resort is beautiful the area is beautiful. The food at the lantern room was great. The views, beach, and pools were great. It is a great family resort. The rooms could use a little love.
Our room wasn’t ready until approximated 5pm. Check-in was 4pm."
"There is a statue in the back that has fallen over. And it looks like it's a dead animal. The shower fills up with water when you're taking a shower it's okay if you just wanna sleep there"
"My stay at Pilgrims Sands was just "okay". There was nothing really good to talk about this place. Its poorly maintained. The pool's lining is separating from the pool walls. The WiFi barely worked. The lights on the balcony you can't turn off made the balcony unusable at night. The bed was like sleeping on plywood covered with sheets. The housekeeping staff either can't read or chose to ignore our "DO NOT DISTURB" sign we had on the door. Their breakfast featured zero meat protein and was not monitored well to make sure what was available didn't run out."
"We arrived at 8:50 pm. No one came to the fro t desk for about a half hour. Had to ask bar tender for help. Every phone in all rooms was non stop ringing all night due to power outage the day before. 1st room was a double- extremely dusty and very old furniture. Worn out looking. Moved into another room. Over powering smell to possible mask something but much cleaner and shower was very nice. Bed was the worst. Very hard and I hardly slept due to this and ringing phones. (They all had to b e unplugged)
Pros- Gave us two free drink tokens for Bae due to wait. Pool/hot tub looked clean, shower water was very hot, grounds were nicely maintained
Cons- dated rooms with carpeting a foot up the wall on perimeter, beds were hard, thin walls, breakfast was mediocore, had to pay a 'resort' free but amenities were limited, tvs old (cant stream)"
"My husband and I received excellent service from the morning coffee preparers, the front desk staff, the cleaning service and we truly enjoyed the attention paid to us by all of the staff."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cape Cod Hyannis
6/10 Okay
"The rooms are cleaned every other day. The rooms should be cleaned every day. The breakfast was just ok. The choices were limited. The breakfast area should be cleaned often especially when there are a lot of children staying at the hotel. The room was cold. We had to call a couple of times before the temperature was corrected. The evening engineer was able to adjust the temperature. The same engineer was also able to fix the television because we couldn’t get a picture. Maybe the temperature control as well as the television settings should be checked before the rooms are available for occupancy."
