"At first we were given a floor level room. We requested a balcony Delux. The latch to lock the door was broken and the poolside patio door would not lock. Our Security safe also didn’t work. We requested an another room and were promptly moved. Front desk was helpful in calling taxi for us. Making change throughout the stay. And helping to book the correct restaurants. It can get tricky. We saw a sea turtle laying their eggs on the beach. Pool was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The food was great and entertainment kept us dancing. Use the calendar they provide you to map out your dinners and entertainment. Times and open/close change. Pool is open until 7pm. Had to time dinners correctly for pool time."
