"This is our second time staying at the pearl and the air conditioning and screened in porch/deck improvements made the stay even more enjoyable than the first time. The house was clean, well kept and well stocked. Beds were soft and comfortable. Fishing was great. We will be back again for sure."

"My family (several adults and a 12-yr old) was in the area to enjoy the long July 4th weekend festivities in Reedville and we couldn't have had better accommodations! All the positive comments in the previous reviews of this property are absolutely true! It was immaculately clean, with all the amenities that we needed. The host was 100% responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We definitely look forward to staying there again!"

"Castaway Cottage was as quaint and clean as can be. We absolutely loved it. And it was so much fun using the golf cart. We dined at the restaurant and learned how to make the Smith Island cake. And we were blessed by the camp meeting on Sunday. It was a wonderful stay. And of course Laura was just great."

We were disappointed at the number of things that were broken or not provided (although they were mentioned on the amenities list).
