"Villa La Sini was a pleasant surprise. Justin the owner and host greeted us and showed us around. He gave us great information about Yeppoon and surrounds. The room was new and spotless. Great attention to detail. We loved that we could walk to good restaurants.

"Pool and location amazing but that's about it. Dwelling needs a good spring clean, AC in 1 BR didn't work, Bins were full upon arrival and full of maggots. Definitely requires some love"

"This is a lovely property. We all felt very welcome. Everything was very modern and comfortable. Having the sourdough there was a lovely thought and very welcome when we arrived and were hungry. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best sleep we have ever had. Thanks for a lovely time Maddison. Looking forward to our return in a few weeks. "

"The cabin was spacious, clean, homely and well appointed. Despite being relatively close too the main residence there is total privacy and peace. The location is ideal, far from the madding crowd, but still only a short scenic drive to the beach, business and shopping precinct. Highly recommend this property."
