"Stayed at this Hotel before excellent Hotel and Spa 5 stars only a few small concerns, not enough rubbish bins in the room, no milk in the room ! Would definitely recommend this Hotel ! Will be coming back and staying in the Presidential Suite again ! Really good value for money !! Thank you to all the staff without exception !! David and Inga Garner "

"Well appointed, clean hotel in a great location. Bar opening times were limited but maybe the middle of May is too early in the season. Reception staff answered the questions asked but could be more proactive eg providing the wifi code and a local street map upon arrival without being asked. The outdoor sun terrace and open seated on the first floor were great spaces to socialize."

"It is well located basic hotel, perfect for a short stay in Kaunas old town. Exceptionally helpful and polite staff. Hotel is definitely in need of modernisation, although I appreciate its historical charm."
