"Alwsys great to stay here "

"Renee at the front desk is amazing! Helpful, accommodating and informative! She helped us out when there was a small situation with not having the room we reserved because they were so booked and she was able to reserve our room on the same floor as our family who was traveling with us. The gentleman at the front desk was also very kind and friendly but we didn’t catch his name. The staff in the restaurant, for breakfast, were also very friendly and accommodating, as well. Very sweet employees were on staff during our long weekend. The rooms were clean and stocked for our stay, the bed comfortable and had a full size couch/pull out bed. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 10 mile radius (which is a small hiccup because the airport and Mall of America are a few miles outside of that). We used the shuttle 2 different days to take us to the music festival we were there for and both gentlemen were very kind, friendly and safe drivers. The kids reported the pool was on the small side but not many are there specifically for the pool, so it’s a nice bonus to even have one and a hot tub. Despite the hotel being full, it was still quiet and our sleep was never disrupted. We stay at Double Tree Hiltons a lot when we travel and we were pleased with this one, too. "Weekend trip to Mall of America (MOA). Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from MOA and the airport (in each case you have to call front desk for pick-up and the wait was typically 10-15 mins). Hotel is about 10 mins from airport and about 5 mins from MOA. Had a great experience and the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room was somewhat outdated but they are currently in the process of renovating, which included the dining area, so there was no hot breakfast. However, hotel did provide guests with a bag breakfast of an apple, granola bars and a water. The pool was fantastic and my 9 yr old granddaughter loved it!! The pool alone was worth staying there!"

"We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city. We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. "

"Only stayed one night but room was clean "

"The hotel looks great, very great price especially for the Jacuzzi room. Unfortunately there were a couple of stains on the sheets and mattresses, and the pull out futon looked like it has suffered mold growing in the mattress and couch. I doubt this is a reflection of the entire hotel as you could see they constantly clean all rooms and hallways. This is likely because the room is always moist due to the Jacuzzi."
