"Room was clean and hotel was nice but shower was terrible, water wasn’t hot at all and water pressure was mediocre. The pool was pleasant, plenty of parking, breakfast buffet was pretty good though it’s an extra cost. The little convenience stand has a lot of things you can purchase-snacks and drinks. Except for the shower issue, it was a good stay."

"No problem with the room but be aware that the motel is pet friendly. Unfortunately our neighbor had a small dog that barked incessantly for about half an hour beginning at 6:00 am. Apparently the owner was out of the room."

"This was our 2nd time staying that this hotel, it’s always a good environment. Rooms are clean, good breakfast and my kids had a great time in the pool and playing on the basketball court. "

"This place is absolutely horrible! The worst place I've ever stayed at in my 63 years! The light switch when entering the room did not work. The bathroom was dirty. The thermostat did not work. Someone was smoking pot or vaping throughout the night at times. Both of our lungs hurt the next day. The parking lot has what looked like guys living in white vans. The parking lot is not well lit at night on the right side of this dump. Stayed one night of our paid for week and left. I complained the next morning before leaving. The manager (Neilish) said he would give us a refund of $373. He never did! When I call he's never available. This was a disaster! We were ripped off!"

" The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well. Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable dinner tray. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was much larger than expected and equipped with sampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath robes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and sleep this room would not be it. This room definitely wasn't soundproof and at times could be extremely frustrating. As for the amenities, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and also had breakfast. As for the pool, it was a decent size with a shallow and deep end, temperature was as expected. The walking area around the pool was concerning due to a very slick surface that caused me to lose my footing several times. Beakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold tems it did not include bacon, sausage or biscuits but plenty to make sure you don't leave hungry. This is a place I would definitely stay again when visiting Wheeling, WV."
