"This hotel was beautiful! The staff were lovely and the location was quaint. We loved the pool and balcony off our room with gorgeous views of the surrounding areas. My only feedback would be that charging for the “spa” is a bit much. They offer a sauna steam bath and pool but at a daily rate. This should be incorporated into the room rate.
Otherwise a fan experience. The breakfast was delicious and we would stay again!"

"If you are looking for a tranquil get away, with relaxing surroundings, vineyards and farm life, this will more than meet your needs.
A small and laid back accommodation, with good food options (small but mighty menu).
Neat, tidy but rustic, which meets the needs for couples, small groups and young families.
We highly recommend and would visit again.
Town 15min cycle, 5min drive or Palma also accessible if you hire a car. "

"The villa was beautiful - immaculately clean and the pool was really lovely. This lovely villa is very remote and a car is essential.
Unfortunately the management of our stay was overall very poor and caused us a lot of added stress and discomfort which could easily have been avoided by messages being answered and problems addressed as they were raised. Some communication from the host as to who might be turning up and when would have been polite.
The air conditioning did not work at all in the villa - no reply to our messages, and then on day 3 after 2 insufferably hot nights, engineers turned up with no prior agreement or communication. No apology, offer of compensation or even acknowledgment of this issue was offered.
We agreed on a late checkout at 2pm - yet again this was obviously not communicated as the maintenance man turned up and asked us to leave at 10am!
Other smaller things - the groceries app provided didn’t work, no code sent as promised for the key safe until 2 phone calls were made, all added to the feeling of the owner not looking after us at all.
For these reasons we would not rate above 2 stars."
