"The room was good if a little dated, the pool area and beach was great. I would definitely come here again if it weren't for the food. We were all-inclusive which meant breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel but the "hot" food was barely lukewarm the whole time. Often just a few degrees above room temperature. We ate a lot of salads. The choice was great, the food looked good, it just wasn't hot food. If they fixed the food warmers this would be outstanding and we would recommend it."

"Mjög úrelt hótel með ónýta loftræstingu og mjög mikil reykingarlykt inná herberginu. Myglublettir í loftinu og illa þrifið herbergi. Þjónustulundin ekki sú besta, morgunmaturinn var ekkert spes. Miðað við verðið sem ég borgaði fyrir tvær nætur var þetta mjög lélegt. Eina sem var ágætt var heilsulindin, hún var snyrtilegt og mikið úrval af meðferðum og góð aðstaða. "

"A horrible stay. Hotel wasn’t fully opened. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors. "The hotel is in a good condition, clean. Used towels are changed every day and the sheets every 4 days. Restaurant is clean and the personnel is very well trained. Good WiFi in our room. That's the good part. Now the bad part. -Over-crowded small parking, parked cars almost glued to each other at their directions. When you leave, although you ask them at the reception to make room for you, nothing happens. -Parking is after 12.00 at check-in and although there are free parking spaces, you...

"The Maintenance in the place is very underrated, but it could be because of all the young 'Party Goers' that get somewhat out of hand. If you are just looking for a place to put your head and get some food, this is the place. Otherwise, there are plenty of other hotel options."
