No cumplió con las expectativas ni con los servicios por el monto que se está pagando. No existe nadie en recepción en caso de necesitar algo, siempre hay que esperar que aparezca alguien. No recibimos llaves para la pieza durante la estadía. El primer día la ducha estaba sucia con restos de pelos de los huéspedes anteriores. La lámpara de velador estaba mala. En ningún momento se nos comentó sobre el costo adicional del hot tub.

This hotel is next to a national park so easy access to nice walks. Staff are very helpful. Hotel is being expanded so will soon have more rooms. Good food. 2 hour walk from downtown Puerto Williams but lifts offered.

Schöne Lodge am Kanal

Wunderbar gelegen am Beagle Kanal ist dieses Hotel ein wahres Bijou. Alle Zimmer haben wunderbare Aussicht. George und sein Team sind sehr hilfsbereit, der Shuttle von und zum Dorf klappt bestens und das Essen ist zwar für Chilenische Verhältnisse recht teuer aber dafür sehr schmackhaft. Konnte wärend meines Dientes Trek die Sachen einstellen und danach das Nasse Zeugs trocknen. Kann ich insgesamt sehr empfehlen.
