"We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options...

"Pessoal, foi minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Da primeira tuve uns stress e na segunda mais strsss ainda. Me colocaram num apartamento que a tv nao pegava internet. Reclamei e tentaram me enganar. Reclamei novamente e me trsnferiram pra um outro quarto com roupas dd cama sujos e fedorentos. Nao aceitei e me sugeriram que eu fosse embora e cobrasse do site o reembolso. Nao aceite. Exigi um quarto menos ruim. "

"Hotel com boa estrutura e bom atendimento dos funcionários, com piscina excelente, na frente de uma praia maravilhosa. Ponto a ser melhorado é que não disponibiliza manta/edredom/coberta para noites mais frescas (entrei em contato antes para garantir isto e fui bem específica, pois era importante pra mim, mas chegando lá o que chamam de "coberta" é na realidade um lençol grosso e só me restou ter que lidar com este desconforto)."
