O imóvel é fiel as fotografias deste anúncio. A melhor parte do apartamento é a varanda que conta com um lindo por do sol. Boa comunicação com o proprietário do imóvel. A localização do apartamento é excelente.

Achei o apto muito bom, localização maravilhosa, com vista impecável!!!!! O proprietário Gustavo e o zelador Evandro são muito atenciosos! Uma sugestão: Acho que seria interessante colocar uma cômoda ou guarda roupa nos quartos! No mais, excelente! Recomendo!

Já é o segundo ano seguido que eu e minha família nos hospedamos, posso dizer que é impecável o Zelador Sr. Evandro é um amor, o proprietário é excelente Sr. Gustavo, a vista é simplesmente maravilhosa e a localização é perfeita sou grata pela hospitalidade que sempre fui tratada e encantada com tudo...eu e minha família só temos a agradecer.

Localização perfeita, o apartamento é próximo a tudo, super bem localizado, única observação é que tem muitos móveis e eles são bem antigos, fora isso foi ótimo, o dono é muito atencioso e prestativo, com certeza em uma outra oportunidade voltarei. Obrigada.

O proprietário do imóvel Gustavo, é muito atencioso. O apartamento é bem amplo e contempla uma excelente vista para praia, com três quartos de frente para o mar. Melhor ponto da praia do Forte. Pretendo me hospedar mais vezes, pois a estadia foi perfeita, estivemos hospedados na semana do carnaval de 2017 e foi simplesmente maravilhoso.

O apartamento é excelente, bem espaçoso e equipado, além de ter uma vista perfeita. Super recomendo às pessoas que estejam interessadas em alugar. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Fiquei chateada ao ver que a Praça das Águas está totalmente abandonada, lugar que costuma atrair muito as pessoas. Agradeço ao Gustavo (dono do apto) e ao Evandro(zelador), os quais foram muito gentis.
