We had an amazing stay! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist whenever we needed anything. The property is a little older, but honestly, it didn’t matter because the great service and overall experience made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

I loved the pool area and the restaurant food was excellent. I would have liked the room to have a small lamp I could shut off from the bed instead of having to get up and shut the light off. Small detail but worth taking into consideration.

I didn’t like the parking lot, since is double parking (one behind the other one) so who ever is blocking has to leave the car key to the front desk and they will move the car if necessary and park it back to the same spot, besides that everything else was great. 2 mins walking access to the beach and to the Poblado that was even better.
