La Casita Astacio is a beautiful Colonial House close to the Historic Town of Cabo Rojo. Surround by spectacular beaches and delicious restaurants. Just a couple of minutes away from the popular beaches of Buye, Boquerón, Combate, Playuela (El Farito).
The space
-The house includes 2 bedrooms, with 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. The living room has a Queen sofa bed. Two bathrooms and a dining room with a kitchen. -The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware and knives, etc.. . - It also has a balcony on the front with a seating area and a porch in the back also with seating area. -High-speed Internet is available with smart TV in two room. . .- . -The house has a private entrance with ample parking and a big yard.

The property has A/C in both bedrooms and another A/C unit in the living/dining area. Both bathrooms have ample space with hot and cold water , all appliances are brand new.Remote controls for TV’s and A/C’s will be placed on night stands in rooms and on table in living room in front of TV, place remotes back in place upon checking out thanks!
