The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. "We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas....

"The house was great for 3 couples. Plenty of space and a beautiful pool. The grill needed to be replaced and there was a broken door handle, but otherwise it was perfect for our group. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas. The beach was easily accessed."

"This was a breathtaking view of the countryside. Mornings were very relaxing as we drank our coffee and meditated. The host has very accommodating to our needs and pleasant to work with. "Good location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it. Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC."

"We have rented Coralina Del Mar several times - it's one of our favorite spots in Rincon - it truly is such a unique and special place. The house is adequately equipped with kitchen and bath supplies. The linens are nice and the beds are comfy. The bedroom lay out is nice in that there are several options for both couples and singles, and plenty of bathrooms for all to share. Some of the furnishings, fixtures and finishes are a little tired or out dated, but overall, the aesthetic is relaxing...

"We loved our stay. The pool was perfection, the outdoor kitchen was incredible for grilling up all our fresh caught fish, and the house had ample space for two families to stay comfortably. We loved our location and took several day trips to check out waterfalls, other beach areas, etc. the team was super responsive with any issues or questions that arose and otherwise everything was very clear and easy!"
