It is 1,160 sqft & includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 bedroom/office/playroom with a futon/bed, and a family room, kitchen & laundry room. Includes a carport with additional uncovered parking & a fenced back yard. Family room has a large window for great natural lighting & outdoor view. This charming old house is perfect for a family getaway, with central heat & air, and WiFi so your stay will be comfortable and convenient. Escape to this cute old retreat and create lasting memories with your loved ones. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Refinished all floors, new TV's in bedrooms, and new refrigerator.
