Sympa mais propreté très moyenne

Points positifs : Petit et bon marché, calme et proche du centre et de la mer Négatif : propriété relative à l'entrée, ménage n'est pas fait partout. Couverts et vaisselles douteux. La salle de bain sent le renfermée. Normale : toute petite, pas d'aération et pas de possibilité de laisser la porte ouverte.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, la alfombra muy sucia, las sartenes para tirar a la basura, el cuarto de baño pésimo y la puerta peor en la habitación había un calcetín de los anteriores inquilinos y la puerta fundida y cuando hace calor no se puede estar

Très déçu de cette location !! Lit pas confortables , une couverture pour 4 personnes , saleté sous le canapé ect Douche sale, aspirateur... à l'intérieur ... Et j'en passe !

Petit appartement

L' appart est petit a caude de la partie mansarde. .Les fenetres ne se ferment pas tres bien.La douche n' est pas large , il faut plutot etre mince. Le menage n' avait pas ete fait avant notre arrivee.Il y avait beaucoup de poussiere , des miettes de pain dans tous les tiroirs.Une personne a du passer en urgence pour nettoyer le minimum vital.Bref, Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce T2

Location un peu vieillotte et à rafraîchir et â nettoyer un peu plus à fond..

Location à rafraîchir la peinture des murs où l'on voit les traits de crayons et des trous,l'état général est vieillot la douche par exemple et les velux qui sont très dûr à fermer, côté propreté le superficiel est fait mais par exemple l'egouttoir de l'évier de la cuisine est très très sale sans parler des tiroirs où il y a la vaisselles et les saladiers.La literie est bonne et l'emplacement est top.
