## Logement
Located in a quiet residence, this fully equipped apartment is ideal for both a leisure stay and a business trip. Its prime location, close to some of Cabourg’s most popular spots, makes it a perfect base for enjoying the town to the fullest.

Comfortable and welcoming, the apartment features a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a functional kitchen, and a pleasant living area with a sofa bed. You can also enjoy the balcony, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

For your comfort, you will have access to the following amenities: hair dryer, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, kettle, and toaster.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

You will be able to easily explore Cabourg’s must-see attractions, with the beach and beach pavilions just 100 metres away, as well as the Marcel Proust Promenade. The Méridien de l’Amour is an 8-minute walk away, the Fitpark is 6 minutes away on foot, the Cabourg Monolith is a 3-minute walk away, and the casino is around 6 minutes away.

Just a short walk from the sea, you will have access to a wide range of activities, including sailing, diving, sport fishing, water skiing, and tennis. Many restaurants and shops are also nearby, with the market hall just a 9-minute walk away and a Carrefour Express 8 minutes from the apartment.

## Emplacement
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie. A wide range of activities makes this town an enjoyable destination for a stay with family, friends, or on your own. Shore fishing and land sailing are among the activities that can be enjoyed along its 4 kilometres of fine sandy beach, bordered by the Marcel Proust Promenade and its beautiful houses. The Tourist Office also offers a free walking tour showcasing some of the resort’s most remarkable buildings. Like many seaside destinations, Cabourg also has a casino for adult entertainment. Lastly, the town hosts the Romantic Film Festival every year in June.
