Procédure d’arrivée et de départ irréprochable, très rapide et efficace.... le logement est fonctionnel mais plusieurs petits détails à noter quand même : Pas de lumières dans une chambre, des portes de placards pas fixées qui peuvent être dangereuses...

un potentiel non exploité

Le logement n'est pas entretenu, il est sale et vieillissant. Les tissus du canapé et de rideaux sont tachés, les casseroles sont inutilisables, les poêles sont sales, la table de terrasse est trop petite pour 5 personnes, il n'y a pas de parasol, les toiles d'araignées sont nombreuses, les portes de l'armoire de la chambre sont cassées, le velux de la chambre s'ouvre très difficilement (il va bientôt casser), l'odeur n'est pas agréable à l'arrivée, le ballon d'eau chaude ne permet pas de dépasser 4 douches chaudes par jour, les portes des compteurs extérieurs ne se ferment plus, le ménage n'est pas fait derrière les meubles ou sous les lits (on a retrouvé du fromage, des semelles etc...), le mobilier de cuisine est très ancien, les couverts ne sont pas suffisants…. Quel dommage !!! Cette location fait partie d'un joli petit lotissement mais on se rend vite compte que le propriétaire de cette location ne cherche pas à l'entretenir.

Quand nous sommes arrivé le nettoyage des anciens vacanciers pas fait.!!! Nous avons du prevenir l'agence qui nous a envoyé une femme d'ouvrage aprés 18h.

Très sale avec toiles d’araignée. L’armoire de la chambre principale avec les portes enlevées. Ni cloison ni rideau dans la douche ni support pour accrocher le flexible. Il n’y a pas de lumière dans l’escalier. Trop loin du village.
