"A little hard to find but excellent location. Small, basic room. Traffic noise at night. Secure underground garage at the hotel which is unheard of and gives piece of mind. The breakfast area will surprise and please you, good selection of food and pastries. 10 minute walk to the historic district. Pleanty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Con: no hotel sign on street like other hotel signs. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price."

"This is a terrific hotel! It's just a few feet from the Plaza Mayor (which is convenient but if you have a room facing the Plaza it will be very noisy at night). The rooms are spacious and very clean. The cost is reasonable and in my opinion one of the best value for Euro we experienced during our 3 week stay in Spain. And you get a free breakfast to boot. The staff is excellent! We had a problem which required us to stay in Caceres for two additional days and Rafael was immensely helpful in...

"Excellent location. Room was very nice and the bathroom good size. Elevator was helpful but optional. Check in was awkward with their automated entry but once in you switched to manual keys which worked fine. Very convenient to food"

"This modern apartment is in an old building within the old part of Caceres. We were met by a very friendly and helpful agent who let us in. Contact does need to be made before arrival. The apartment is located in a very narrow street with no parking. Parking is at a premium and not easy to get nearby. Tea and coffee facilities were not supplied although the apartment is fully equipped for self catering. The shower screen and shower need upgrading. If you are prepared to park some distance...

"J'ai payé sur Expédia 108 euros pour 4 nuits, à l'arrivée on me demande 88 euros pour le séjour... ils ne voyaient soi-disant plus les correspondances avec Expedia... Bref, état de la chambre : couverture sale, poils dans la salle d'eau, sol non aspiré, sombre, vue sur cour intérieur sale, ... J'y ai dormi une seule nuit sur les 4 payées, car en rentrant le soir suivant le lit n'était pas refait ! En plus une odeur de cigarette comme si un fumeur s'en était donné à coeur joie... Retour...
