The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. Actually everyone from the staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The room is clean with very good air condition system. Enjoyed swimming at the beach with crystal clear water. I did not managed to enquire about the spa but hope they have sauna, gym and swimming pool facilities. The property is well maintained. I highly recommend the property to family and friends. I’m dreaming of coming back again in the near future.
We reckon that they are doing their best to make the place more pleasant to stay.. Wonderful staff, they are friendly... Thank you for looking after us during our stay...
The island itself could have been great. So much potential but unfortunately it was not maintained, beach is dirty, the accommodation facility is dilapidated and the high price is not worth it. Staff however were friendly and available foods were tasty though very spendy. This could have been Maldives of the Philippines if rehabilitated and cleaned. I hope it will be someday but my kids had terrible impressions of it and will not come back.
Overpriced boat fees
No showers working- faucet and toilet had salt water unusable
Food menus were a farce as everything selected was NOT available -
Only bar closed at 8:30pm so no beverages in the evening
Advertised floating boat bar was a broken down piece of crap that all guests agreed was a waste of time
Construction all over the site (dangerous for children)
This hotel should charge less than $50 a night or closed down until good quality facilities are available
Shame as beach is nice sand
Not a good place to have fun with loved ones. Over priced food and the taste sucks, expensive boat rides to get in and out of the island, bad customer service, no swimming pool if the beach is low tide. I’ve been there 3 times giving this resort a chance but still no improvement and its getting worst. Its a waste of money. Too expensive and we didn’t enjoy. Disappointed again.
It was a nightmare, we traveled from Manila to this island but when we arrived at the hotel there where no water for shower and, the restaurant service is very poor. We are four of us and we stayed in barkada suite for 3 nights and 4 days. We paid almost 42k for the rooms for 3 nights and we hired special trip for boat transportation which is 5,800 vice versa for 4 of us only. But going back to the port is not special trip anymore.
We end up going home without taking shower because no water And need to used the mineral water that we bought in the bar to brush our teeth.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not much if any service. Very little to eat or drink bring your own food
Almost everything was good except for the limited food options & unfortunately, there was still no cable from the typhoon Odette damage, so they should have lowered their rate since that service isn't complete. For their high rate, especially for accommodations, their quality should be top-notch like top hotels in Metro Manila & Bacolod, for ex., so they can keep that rate if they're up to par, if they can't, then they should lower their rates.
