Apartment La Pepa de ORO could not be more of Cádiz because it is located in the heart of the Santa María neighbourhood, the same neighbourhood that welcomes you as soon as you enter the old part of our wonderful city.
The most flamenco quarter of Cádiz where, in addition, Easter is one of the most important times of the year and where you can't miss the sea from the Santa María del Mar beach, one of the best areas for surfing in the city.
With its 82m2, you will be able to enjoy living in a flat that has all the qualities to spend some great days in Cadiz.
It has a living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances with dining area, bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with ensuite shower, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, everything to spend a great holiday with your loved ones.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Un lugar muy agradable en una ubicación perfecta
El apartamento es tranquilo, espacioso y acogedor, enseguida te encuentras como en casa. También hay que valorar su abundante equipamiento: ropa de casa, menaje de cocina y electrodomésticos.
Preferiría mamparas en la ducha en lugar de cortinas.
