"The oceanview from 5th floor was fantastic. My brother booked Oceanview and ended up on 1st floor where view was obscured by the pool area. Hotel in great location near restaurants we enjoyed. However, our rooms were dated with old scratched furniture and floor. Amenities poor for a 4 star hotel. There was a fridge but no teapot or coffee pot. I asked front desk 3 times for electric tea kettle and finally received one, with 2 cups, but not even a teabag, no sugar or creamer, no spoon. There was...
