This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a queen lofted bed sits right on the water with a private dock making it perfect for fishing, boating, or simply relaxing by the lake. It is equipped with a work from home setup, a firepit, lakeside gazebo, and grill/outdoor dining options. Whether it's a weekend escape or a week-long family vacation, this cabin is your home on the water all year long.

    For everyone's safety, the person booking the reservation will be required to sign a boat dock waiver on behalf of all guests. The boat dock has shallow water October - April and is not accessible by boat.

Home, living area, and loft are much more compact than I expected from the pictures, BUT the outside layout is incomparable to surrounding properties. It is by far the flattest and most expansive in the area, making it a prime feature. My favorites were the screened-in porch that’s just above the grill, with a nice, large bar with stools where we could sit for meals - even in the rain - and still enjoy each other’s company while cooking, the Adirondack-style swings, and having the boat slips for ease-of-access to our boat. Inside was super quaint and cutely decorated and was plenty stocked with main utensils and kitchenware. I would recommend bringing 13 gallon sized trash bags and plastic baggies. Two of the bedrooms are connected, but one has an external door. The property is also much closer to the nearest neighbor than I expected by looking at the map, but it was not a problem at all. Rules are simple and straightforward and communication from the host was excellent, although we didn’t have any additional needs arise, which is a good thing! Beautiful and peaceful stay and would stay here again!

We just had an amazing family getaway at this charming lake house! Jessica was incredibly accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.The cozy atmosphere and stunning lake views made us feel right at home. We spent our weekend enjoying the fire pit and making s’mores! The house was clean and welcoming and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. The beds were comfortable and the loft bed is perfect for kids or even teenagers. Our girls (4yr and 6yr) love sleeping in the cute loft! The location is peaceful and secluded and the large yard was perfect for our 3 girls to play. Jessica truly went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations and thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience.I highly recommend this lake house for a relaxing family retreat. It’s a gem! We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, quaint cabin on the lake in Cadiz, KY. It truly has that classic cabin feel while still being very comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to manage the temperature inside...despite outdoor temps ranging from near freezing to 85, the A/C and heat worked great and kept the cabin comfortable the entire time.The cabin was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, dishes, a toaster, and a coffee maker.The homeowner was also great to work with, very responsive and easy to contact.There are just a couple of layout details worth noting. To access one of the queen bedrooms, you do have to walk through the king bedroom. This didn’t impact our stay, but it could be something to consider if traveling with multiple adult couples. We traveled with our teenage son, he was able to stay in the other bedroom with an attached bath.There is also a loft bed, which is a fun feature, but it does tend to get quite warm up there. Our son originally planned to sleep in the loft but ended up choosing a different spot because of the temp.Overall, this is a charming, cabin in a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described, and it was an amazing lake front property that wasn’t a hike to and from the boat ramp. Only issue we had was the air conditioner didn’t seem to keep up with the heat of the day. We would leave in the morning and come back in the evening and it would be almost 90 degrees inside.

This rental was perfect! It was spotless, there was plenty of room and had everything we needed including board games and even a spice rack to season our dinner on the grill. The owners were friendly and showed us the best fishing hole on the property. My kids were catching fish---big ones--within 15 min of arriving! This space was so peaceful and had breathtaking views. This area of the lake was quiet and serene. We will be returning for sure!
