    The apartment is in the best location in Cadiz right next to the 5 star Parador Hotel Atlantico and Parque Genoves and 100 meters from the emblematic Caleta beach. Quiet, very light and surrounded by the sea on all sides, but still in the historic old town with all its buzzing town life ! This is the best address in Cadiz
    Large 4 bedroom apartment with two separate entrances. The fourth bedroom and 2nd bathroom can be closed off internally from the rest of the flat for more privacy if needed.
    Very spacious and bright living space with temperature control at all times.
    Extremely quiet with specially designed acoustic insulation and windows.
    NB. Many apartments in the old centre can be very noisy, cold in winter and hot in summer !
    Buses near the apartment to all parts of the city. But being in the best position in Cadiz, you are always walking distance from all historic landmarks, bars and restaurants in the old town.
