The water was yellowish and dirty . We even observed small worms in the water. We were not provided with essentials. The rooms are not even clean and smelly! We were not provided with the usual breakfast because we booked by expedia. Furthermore, their front desk personnel was so unfriendly and rude.
Dont stay there. waters smells and yellow. rooms are below average and door keys dont work. Also no hot showers and toilet doesnt work. I wouldnt give 1 star

It was okay the hotel is nice from outside including the lobby but the room is very tiny.
Well, you get what you pay for.
No towels set up in the bathroom and end up calling to the front desk. Very annoying air conditioning.
Hotel should add on bath mat, not upon request since you really need it after taking shower.
Kudos to the employees I’ve encountered including the security guards. Very courteous
The room is clean and the hotel staff are very courteous and friendly. However, I really can't tolerate the smell of the WATER in the faucet. It has a bad smell that when I wash my face or brush my teeth I need to use "Bottled water" because the water in the faucet has a yellowish color and it smells bad. The same quality of water is in the shower :(

I did not like that my check in was not confirming to my booking. also the fact that breakfast was not included and only could get obtained by paying 300 pesos a person extra I found ridiculous
Water heather never worked. Ceiling light flashing when off and never got fixed, light was covered by a carton. Restaurant closed before the stated time. Front counter unable to change dollars. Elevetor can be operated without a key. Lobby seats torn.
We checked un for 1 night and everything is good staff, facilities but one thing I want you to improve is the water it wasnt safe to bathe my child its too brownish and smells rusty. So far so good
Hotels.com is much expensive than actual hotel rate! The receptionist cant even justify why I paid P1500 when they have only P1200+ in their printout, said online rates are discounted, but no breakfast, and with other charges. Will never book through hotels.com again!
Park at your own risk. Clogged toilet :-(
It was first time for my 4 year old son to travel to CDO with such awareness. We traveled every 2 to 3 months Cebu-CDO and vice versa way back 2014 to 2015, but during those times he could not appreciate the flights nor the places we went to since he was still a baby.
So a few days ago i took him to CDO so we can visit the Divine Mercy Shrine. As expected he was amazed with the flight especially when the plane would go inside the clouds.
Arriving in CDO at barely 6:00 AM, my son and I were both very sleepy and ready to drag ourselves into bed. However, the first hotel where we booked on our Day 1, held on to the 12 noon check-in policy, notwithstanding the sleep-deprived look on my son's face. I offered options for room upgrade or whatsoever but the answer was a poker-face and a "no available room" statement. Take note however, that when I made the booking online, I filled up the SPECIAL REQUEST portion and i told them them that " my son and I will be arriving 6:00 so we want to request for an early check-in, to which they answer with..." Noted on this, Maam, no problem..."
Well, to make the story short, we where forced to check- in in one of the city's pension houses. We had a good night sleep despite the small room, compensated though with a 40-inch TV set and very cold AC unit in the rooms.
For our Day 2. grateful that they gave me a room at Marianne Suites even it was only 8:00 AM, no questions asked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEED! Surely coming back.
This hotel was chosen because hotels.com had it as secret price reduction from 8100php to 1200php.... Some body is a jokester... The penthouse suite is 8100php each day, and regular rate is 1100php/day. Plus they would have not charged our room for breakfast if we had walked in and payed....tv didnt work in room, maintenance came by to do magic, but it quit working again to only show snow... Room could not be considered a suite even for small size filipinos... There was no desk to do any tasks, and had to leave luggage upright to access bed. Worst trick by hotels.com or actual hotel, that I've encountered in a very long while

accessible
I've been here 4 times and I am having a comfortable stay. It is in the heart of the city so you'll have easy access to big establishment.
The hotel staff were kind and accomodating, the facilities are in good condition, the room is clean. We just had a problem with the water supply, which I think have cleanliness issue due to discoloration of the water, it turned out to be yellowish, and also the room setups are for couples, due to the toilet's glass wall which makes others saw what's happening inside the toilet, for couples it is okay, but not for families and friends.
The water heater was not working. The receptionist informed me that they were using solar for the water heater so i tried to take a shower in the middle of the day where the sun is hot, but i'd waited for 30 minutes and it was not working at all. The place was too tight you wont like to stay here, im not going back in this place and I dont want to recommend this to anybody.
My wife and I were traumatized by constant search by a member of the staff who is not a uniformed security men
Location was extremely bad. Far from shopping and food areas
First time booking a hotel in cdo and I'm happy that i found a budget wise and very neat hotel

Bad Experience
I stayed on this hotel for 2 nights. When I am staying in a hotel, it's very important for me to have a good wifi/Internet connection. And I consider a bad hotel and bad service if it doesn't meet my need. On my second day, the wifi/Internet connection on the second floor didn't work. I asked the reception 4 times to check the problem because it worked fine on the first day. But no action was made. The receptionist didn't even get back to me to give feedback when I called her the first time. Because they didn't bother to solve the problem, I gave up. I hope the hotel management will look at this issue and I hope the other guests won't experience the same frustration as I have.

Stayed for 4 nights. Attended our reunion with coworkers havent talked to or seen since 30 yrs ago. Hotel has no hot water and wifi not working. No comp breakfast either. Hotel has no rest or bar. Staff sermed ok for the whole duration of my stay. No towels when i arrived in the room. I have to call the desk and ask for towels.
Good location and local food.
Modern rooms and very good service. Cleanliness was excellent in first room we had but in moving to more expensive room the cleaning staff did not clean the room effectively. Wifi is patchy
