"This is a beautiful house in a very good quiet safe location for the beach, train station and connecting towns along the Cote d’Azure. The host is very helpful and communicates promptly in either English or French. There is everything that you need in the way of equipment, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware and all the appliances are modern. All linen and towels are provided. We would thoroughly recommend this house for a family or group of friends and feel sure you would enjoy your stay."

"Small studio with balcony right near the coast. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and was thankful an umbrella was provided. Can also rent a beach chair and umbrella for 2€ each to take to the public beach nearby. The staff was helpful when you could find them, but they are not at reception regularly, and you would have to call them if needed. Since I was traveling internationally and didn’t have a working phone number, this was inconvenient. Recommend they look into using WhatsApp or some kind of messaging service that works over WiFi. Also beware that if you don’t have a car, this is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station with no public transportation options that service this area."

"If you're looking for a charming place that captures the authentic character of Nice, this is an ideal place to stay. My family and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach, with beautiful surroundings. It's also about a 15-minute walk from the tram, which makes it easy to explore Nice and get around the city. Air conditioning, clean room and friendly staff. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again the next time we're in Nice!"
