"My stay was due to a conference in the area. The good points: The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and provided good rest. The facility appeared to be well cleaned. The continental breakfast was OK, being that it was free and included in the price. The bad points: The room was poorly mechanically maintained. There was a light socket blank loosely covering a hole where there used to be a light fixture. There was only one night stand for a king size bed with two guests. The bedding was comfortable but very lightweight and didn't provide much warmth. The HVAC didn't have a thermostat and would only get extremely hot or extremely cold. There were no plugs on one side of the bed. So that made charging your phone a little difficult. This facility also has no elevators, so if you have any physical handicapps, this may not be a place for you. Overall, it was an ok place to stay for the price. Overall, I would give this place a 3.5 star rating."

"This property was as described, and we were even more pleased with the modern kitchen, the location, very, very comfortable for the two adult couples. The host made check-in very easy, and communicated quickly answering questions and facilitating our departure. Particularly for the money, I would highly recommend this spot as a central point for visiting the area."

"When we got to our room part of the trim in the bathroom was lose on the floor, there was no blackout curtain in the room (you could see where it had been removed). The worse part we had to go ask front desk for toilet paper because there wasn't even a full roll in the room when we checked in."
