Once through the gate, you’ll be charmed by the cobblestone courtyard filled with flowers, which leads to the building’s entrance and its beautiful staircase—taking you up to the Loft on the 3rd floor (no lift) and its covered terrace. The moment you step through the door, you’ll love this beautiful, light-filled space, decorated and furnished in a pleasant contemporary style. From the spacious living area with its many windows, you’ll enjoy the view over the city’s rooftops. Upstairs, you’ll discover the cosy bedroom with its “studio-style” glass roof. For your comfort, Stéphane provides Wi-Fi and Netflix access, as well as sheets and towels. We love the idea of being right in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet and extremely comfortable setting. Welcome to the Loft du Château du Roi! A 3rd-floor apartment without an lift, featuring a free parking spot a 5-minute walk away, and the option to park nearby to unload your luggage. Shared courtyard on the ground floor and shared covered terrace on the 3rd floor. The entryway leads to the bright main living area, which features an open kitchen with built-in cabinets and full amenities, a living room area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The upper level is accessed via a spiral staircase: a mezzanine with a sofa bed that can serve as an extra sleeping space for 2 people, and an attic bedroom with a high ceiling (low roof structure, beam at 1.50m). The apartment’s front door is equipped with a smart lock. Fans are available, and the apartment has electric heating. A portable air conditioner is also available.
