"This was true Italy. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. He fixed us up the best breakfast of our trip. The room was good. There was parking available, as advertised. And an elevator. We enjoyed a spectacular sunrise over the town with Mt Vesuvius as a focal point in the distance. It ended with a rainbow! We were very happy to have found this place. "

"What an incredible place to stay. The castle is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Also, the staff was extremely helpful all in all a 10 out of 10. It really doesn’t get much better at a hotel. Also, the restaurant was superb. I only wish we could’ve stayed there for a longer time. "

"The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well. On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area."

"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently. We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service We would never return. Otherwise the "

"Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed to have a great, relaxing holiday.
