In a very peaceful setting, with 180° views over the vineyards, the countryside, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Maison des Vignes is the ideal place for holidays or teleworking. Perfect for holidays with friends or family, it promises pleasant days spent relaxing in the garden or in the surrounding area, taking in the magnificent views.
Renovation of the former stables of a wine estate. Large picture windows, very bright interior. Swimming pool 18mx5m. 35 minutes from Avignon, 15 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine, the house is at the heart of the estate, surrounded by its vineyards, in a commune renowned for its wines.
1)Description * Ground floor: large entrance hall, large living room (70m2), fitted kitchen, utility room, washing machine and toilet. * Upstairs: two air-conditioned bedrooms, one 25m2, the other 18m2, each with its own bathroom and toilet. New quality beds (180x200), each convertible into two single beds (90x200). Fresh, soft colours. The charm of the old, with contemporary comfort and design.
