Located in a quiet 4-apartment complex, this studio offers everything you need for a simple stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, induction plate, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee press, along with a starter pack of tea and coffee. The dining area has a table, and the lounge features a smart TV and a sofa. The queen-sized bed comes with bedside tables, a comforter, and a wardrobe. Enjoy the fresh air and sunset on your private balcony. We also provide a washing machine, clothing line, starter pack of laundry powder, and gel shower and shampoo. The bathroom includes a shower ( rain shower and hand shower) , toilet, mirror and vanity. We provide per registered guest 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel.

Studio's floors are a combination a polished timber and polished concrete.

The studio has a carport with space for both a car and a boat trailer.

This studio has 2 ceiling fans and an air conditioning unit.

Access is easy via stairs or a gentle incline along the side driveway.

For your peace of mind, the complex is equipped with motion-activated lighting and exterior security cameras (sounds and videos) in complex exteriors commons areas ( patio, Carports, Stairs).

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the area typically experiences low traffic. However, on perfect weather days for the reef or cruise ships days , car traffic may increase due to the nearby boat ramp and marina.

While there’s a bus stop just 100 metres away with fares at only 50 cents, the trip to Cairns takes around 40 minutes by bus compared to 15 minutes by car. We strongly recommend having your own vehicle to explore the area more conveniently.

We conduct regular pest control to minimise crawling and flying insects, but please note that some are part of life in the tropics.

Our complex is currently undergoing a full renovation — a true labour of love that we are completing entirely ourselves. While we do our best to keep disruptions to a minimum, please be aware that the rear garden is currently undergoing a full makeover and may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we improve the space.
