Great location with shopping and dining all within easy walking distance. Pool area was very good. Lovely clean property with friendly staff.

Reception staff were amazing. Easy check in and out and room to store luggage. Spent time with us to help sort out trips. We stayed for 4 nights and did not have our room cleaned once which was disappointing. I asked for fresh towels during the stay which were delivered to our room and put on an unmade bed. I felt the room should have been cleaned at least once during the stay. Only one mirror in the bathroom would have been nice to have had another in the living area Overall though thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very good value and although a little further out from marina ubers we’re cheap and quick to get

Conveniently located to Esplanade. Was pleasantly surprised to find air conditioning turned on when entering the room. Room was very clean and spacious. Well priced too

Property in walking distance to where we were going for a work function. Very clean. Free undercover parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only fault was the air conditioning was not a consistent temperature.

The apartment itself was comfortable & clean, our room was directly opposite the lifts which I thought may have been quite noisy but on the contrary, our overnight stay was quiet and uninterrupted. There were quite large renovations being undertaking but this did not affect us in any way. Location was just OK - nothing amazing. We looked out mainly onto a busy street so think the room's title of Mountain View was a little exaggerated. Friendly staff.

Room was ok for our 3 nights but if you supply cups, plates there should be a small kitchen sink. Dont like washing in bathroom hand basin. No air vent, extractor in shower?

The service was amazing, it was clean and tidy but with major renovations happening some areas were blocked off and not able to be accessed and busy with builders and tradespeople. Great for a night or two but challenging for a week!

Great Hotel in Cairns
Super friendly staff and easy check in. I’ve stayed probably 20 times in this hotel now and have never had an issue. Lovely ladies on reception and the manager is great too. Rooms and clean and the pool is awesome. 10 minute walk to the city centre
