We had an amazing stay at Valle Vista. Susan communicated really well and made check in straightforward. The apartment is a really good size, clean and modern, and the beds are really comfy. It’s in a great location for exploring Cairns and the wider area.

Property was in an amazing condition, thoughtfully set out and furnished and Ideal for a family getaway. The Apartment had its own 2 car garage as well as lift access and the entire complex was safe, secure and private. Great property. Spacious, modern & secure. There is the Kuranda Train tack behind the property which comes past twice morning & afternoon, which the kid's loved to see each day when we were home. It is not a disadvantage in any way as train is great to see go past & waive to everyone on board. Close to Redlynch Shopping Centre. Close to beaches. Great property & would stay again.

The apartment was exactly what the photos look like, it was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! The knives in the kitchen were a bit blunt which made preparing vegetables a bit tricky. There’s a bit of road noise and a street light outside of the apartment which we weren’t used to, but overall the whole stay was wonderful! I would recommend to anyone I know travelling to Cairns.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and clean, Susan was looking after us and sharing useful info of what to do during our holidays. Very knowledgeable and Informative. The only comment that might be useful in case you don’t have a car during your holidays is to book UBER ahead of time as they sometime take long to arrive and the apartment is not exactly in the downtown. But if you are seeking beauty and calm surroundings this place is the right one.

The apartment was modern, clean and large, easily accessible and easy to find. There is a good access road near a shopping centre and service station. The apartment was safe and quiet and had electronic entrance gates and roller doors accessed by a lanyard and controller that each tenant was given upon check in. The front door lock was also on the lanyard and was keyless. There was a secure locked garage underneath the building, a lift to the apartments above and the gardens were beautiful and tropical. We particularly enjoyed the front deck with the outdoor table and chairs and the battery operated candle was a lovely addition. We will stay there again!

New Years Stay

What an amazing stay we recently had for the New Year! Firstly, property is extremely well situated, you have peace and quiet, a short drive to Cairns City and the harbour, or drive/walks through the mountain range. If your looking for a home from home and a base to do activities galore or to just chill with a book and take in the view, this is the property for you. The newly built property is fully equipped to cater for a range of clients, from professionals, singles, couples or families! Up to date appliances from smart TVs, microwave, dishwasher etc are all available in the well kitted out kitchen and lounge area. The property in general is beautifully designed and exceedingly comfortable. Cleanliness is absolutely 5 star and clear the owners have great pride in their rental. Owner Susan was a sheer delight and cannot praise her attentiveness more highly. Her dedication to make our stay perfect I have not witnessed before and truely made our stay memorable! From supporting us with getting around the area and helping us book various tours and activities, Susan was always there to assist!! Thank you for our wonderful stay and will be back in 2021!!

Sue, the property manager was lovely and very helpful. I found the pool too cold and it was quite small. The property was lovely and spacious. The only criticism would be that there was no blinds/curtains in the kitchen and very fine ones in the lounge. One of my kids wanted to sleep on the couch because his brother was too loud but struggled because of the blinds situation. I also found the traffic loud but bought some earplugs which fixed the issue.
