This exquisite 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is only 200m away from the beautiful Palm Cove Beach, and has been designed to allow natural light to pour in and create an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquillity. The modern coastal furnishings that adorn the home make 'Xanadu' the perfect getaway for an unforgettable holiday experience.

The large kitchen provides a fully-equipped space for cooking, dining and socializing, while the outdoor spaces are the perfect spot for alfresco meals and drinks. Now with a heated pool, you can enjoy the alfresco area, all year long.

The first 2 bedrooms in the front of the home have a King bed in each, the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The private, parents retreat in the back of the home has a King bed and ensuite. There are 4 very large bathrooms making this the perfect home for multiple families.

Whether venturing outdoors and exploring the beaches of Palm Cove or simply lounging poolside with a book, 'Xanadu' is the perfect destination for relaxation and fun.

School Holiday Break
This was a fantastic property for our family trip to FNQ. The house was well equipped, very clean and well maintained. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. We were within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone going to FNQ.
