Week-end en famille
Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis par Martine. Le ménage venait d'être fait et la maison sentait bon le propre. La propriétaire nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt car nous avions un mariage. La maison est adaptée pour les réunions de grande famille. Les enfants ont joué dans le jardin. Il manque juste un petit canapé. Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Horrible, sale, scandaleux Fuyez
Il est évident qu’il y a tromperie sur le bien mis en location. Et je conseil à tous de fuir. En effet comme précisé de vive voix a l’issue de la location, nous avons constaté les points suivants : • La location est dans un état de vétusté important certain point sont carrément dangereux ! • Odeur de cave persistante dans l’ensemble de l’habitation • Cuisine délabrée et sale • Placard délabré à la limite de l’effondrement • Absence de joint à l’évier, prise mural bricolée donc dangereuse et sans doute pas dans les normes de sécurité requise pour une location. • Fils dénudé sur la terrasse à hauteur d’enfants • Branches d’arbre pendantes rendant la table de jardin inutilisable • Chaises et table de jardin encrassées • Salle de bain immonde, sol inondé avec parquet gonflé, radiateur qui fuit, plafond fissuré, plomberie et joint • Zone du jardin en état plus proche de la décharge (barbecue hors d’usage et ferrailles entassées, gravât, tuyau et plastiques etc …….) • Equipement de vaisselle minable ( 8 bols pour 17 couchages !) • Le nombre de chambre n’est pas de 5 mais de 4 avec un total de 15 couchages et pas 17 • Le nombre de salle de bain est de 2 et pas 3 ! A propos du Service c’est aussi déplorable : L’arrivé est indiqué à partir de 16h, nous vous demandons à prendre les clefs à 18h, mais cela était impossible pour vous nous obligeant a des aller retour. Tout ca pour un prix exagéré. (j ai pas le droit de donner le montant) Je tiens à disposition un ensemble de photos très parlantes qui appui mes remarques. Par ailleurs la propriétaire que j’ai informé (le jour même, dés le retour de ma caution) ma proposé un arrangement a l’amiable si je ne lui mettais pas de commentaires désagréables. Depuis et malgré de nombreuses promesse non tenu ( elle ma même assuré m’avoir envoyé un cheque de dédommagement que je n’ai jamais reçu ! ) Je trouve scandaleux qu’Abritel cautionne ce type de location sans vérification !!! En résumé notre réunion familiale a été gâché, et nous allons demander a Abritel le remboursement intégral de la location. Pour Info voici les avis sur d’autres sites : Nul, horrible et sale Désastre Total, fuyez Dommage ...vraiment déçu Pitoyable Propriétaire de mauvaise fois Assez médiocre

Suffisant
Logement suffisant pour une soirée entre amis. Forfait ménage relativement cher (et imposé dans sa moitié) sous prétexte que le logement n'a pas été rendu propre alors que le menage (aspirateur + toile) avait été fait 2h plus tôt.
