Los controles del aire, televisión y sistema de Cablevisión no funcionaron ninguno para nada.
No había ningún apoyo pa discapacitados que se solicitaron
Me encanta la amabilidad del personal la seguridad muy tranquilo me encanta tengo 11 meses viajando a cd Obregón una vez x semana siempre eh usado el mismo hotel uno a 4 días x semana
No hay control sobre el ruido que hacen los inquilinos, así que terminé rodeado de 3 vecinos todos con música a todo volumen a las 12 de la noche, gritando y cantando, por lo que difícilmente pude dormir.
Fue toda una experiencia, no en el buen sentido. Al llegar por la noche, la persona que me recibió en el lobby me dijo que no tenía mi reservación y que no me dejaría pasar, aparentemente era alguien que no iba muy seguido por qué no estaba informado de nada; al final aún “sin reservación” pude ingresar ya que era bastante tarde (mi vuelo se retrasó) para descansar, cuando me toca pagar me dice que no acepta pagos con tarjeta aún y aunque en todos lados menciona que si aceptan todo tipo de tarjeta, afortunadamente tenía un poco de efectivo y pagué el señor del lobby me dijo que por la mañana si aceptan tarjeta así que me relaje. Al entrar al hotel el pasillo estaba sucio, es al aire libre, entonces no le di importancia pero se percibía bastante olor a humo de cigarro y se escuchaba mucha música y ruidos en otras habitaciones, entré a mi habitación y debido a que tenía las ventanas abiertas toda la habitación quedó con olor a cigarro, no me dieron control del aire acondicionado por qué el recepcionista dijo que “en la noche no dejan los controles del aire” así he si llegas de noche prepárate para morir de calor. Pude dormir de cansancio, pero la experiencia empeoraba, al despertar abrí el “minibar” que dan que por cierto estaba desconectado y salió un tecuejo lo cual para nada es limpio; decidí seguir con mi vida y no darle importancia, aunque ya más consciente de todo me di cuenta que las sábanas se encontraban manchadas, las fundas quemadas con agujeros de cigarro y básicame
