"We really enjoyed our time at the Villa, Simon and Linghua were very responsive to any queries we had. The Villa was clean, the view was spectacular and the pool was right up the kids street. The supermarket was across the street but you wouldn’t know it was there once in the Villa. It was really handy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for a wonderful stay"

"The view from the rental was spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. House was as promised in photos. House was clean. South facing deck is amazing and convenience of an outdoor kitchen is great. We did not use much due to winter..early darkness and weather, but great space. Comms with host started good but then were slow and unresponsive for a couple issues we had, had to ask twice. The BBQ would not light and we requested assistance as it is important to us, but we never got a response for a couple of days. Host was pleasant when he did reply. We ended up fixing it our selves. (Water in gas line). You definitely require a car to stay here. Moraira is a great town and has everything you need. Grocery stores are close. Perfect house for shorter summer stay. We stayed 1 month in winter. House had the basics for that length of stay, but we would suggest a few things to make it better. Beds were uncomfortable, especially for 60. Living room chairs are tired/broken and uncomfortable, (again for long stay in winter when spending more time inside). Kitchen lacked cooking sheets, measuring spoons/cups, storage containers, (for left overs). We would suggest providing at least one spare set of bedding for each size bed and extra towels, In winter it’s hard to dry laundry. There was only 1 set of keys provided and 2 are needed. I do not believe there is a local property manager, at least we never saw one. We find this makes a big difference when renting for long stays."

"Condo was clean, modern, huge veranda with wonderful mountain views and sunsets. Host was very responsive. Took time to provide a variety of recommended hiking trails and restaurants for our stay. "

"villa in a great location with a lovely scenic walk to Moraira itself.Our host Paula was very helpful and available to answer any questions.The villa was very well equipped and we enjoyed our 3 week stay here with our collie Bertie.Would definately stay here again. El Portet beach was 10 mins walk away and we spent many times enjoying a coffee, lunch or an early evening drink at the small chiringuito."

"We had an amazing stay in Tom’s villa. Peaceful location with great sea and mountain views. We especially loved the outdoor pool and dining area. The whole place was spotless and well equipped and Tom was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom!"

"The views are stunning from the villa and the pool, a real treat! The style is traditional but of good quality. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The communal eating areas are ideal for family gatherings and you can easily share time together inside or out. All bathrooms are clean with good hot showers. The access to the beach is really nice and its easy to pop down to the beach and have breakfast, lunch or sunset drinks! It would probably help to have a few more intrustions along with the property and its lighting and facilities but we muddled through. The pool was cold but clean and was a great sunbathing alternative to the beach. The company who manage the property are responsive and helpful too, sorting out a couple of maintenance issues straight away. The outdoor space and garden is lovely with great planting and colour but the bbqs were small and not in the best condition and we weren't tempted to use them but would have. We didnt cook inside, or use Tvs, only cold tapas and sunsets for us so cannot comment on kitchen facilities. All in all, a lovely, villa, stunning views and sunsets and a gorgeous space with accomadating hosts We would highly recommended."

"Amazing villa, in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach. There’s a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk but only with very basic supplies - no meat or veg but great for fresh bread and croissants. It’s a 20 minute walk into Moriara where there are lovely restaurants and bars and a larger supermarket. Travelled with a family group including young children - the villa was perfect for them. "

"Very modern with excellent fittings especially the bed that was super comfortable. Nothing missing from the inventory which made cooking very simple.All the furniture was first class including the outside sets. We thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the terrace All round it was a brilliant property that gave us exactly what we wanted to relax in the sun."

"Beautiful property, plenty of room for a large family and enough kitchen equipment for barbecues etc. Retractable awnings were a useful feature in August. The view is spectacular, nice breeze from being so high up, and good air conditioning. The pool is lovely and easily big enough for a family."
